$3000 in Fire Victim Relief distributed Since December of 2025

As firefighters and former fire chiefs we have seen first hand how the devastation of house fires and natural disasters impact residents and families. When fire strikes, families and residents are often left with nothing, often unsure of what to do and where to turn next. Volunteers of Lincoln HEART fill the void between immediate fire suppression and long-range recovery. We have witnessed the ravages of fire since 1893 and are stepping up to assist those in time of their greatest need.
Preventing dehydration, hot and cold injuries and cardiac related emergencies, can all be mitigated by providing fluids and nutrition to responders. We will be prepared to provide basic services to keep area first responders ready to get back in service as quickly as possible.
We believe in the importance of giving back to our community. We will be participating in a variety of community events throughout the year, including parades, fundraisers, and other public events as we move forward with our new purpose.
Our responders will be trained in the following: Psychological First Aid, autism Awareness, Incident Command System, Rehab and nutritional services and as well as other training that is required.
